The work

What I have built, and what it did

Not a portfolio of screenshots. Every entry below says what the thing was, what I actually did on it, and what happened as a result.

01 / Things that took money

Products I built, priced and sold

Built by me, launched by me, paid for by strangers. Not client work with my name attached. Things I owned, priced and had to make work.

One Gotta Go

Store opened 2017 · sold through 2024Visit →

A physical party card game. I designed it, had it manufactured, built the store, wrote the ads and bought the traffic. My money, my inventory, my risk.

Did

Product design, packaging, the online store, the ad creative, and every dollar of ad spend. There was nobody else.

Also

A free daily web game that brings visitors to the store.

$558K in sales, and the ads I ran paid for themselves several times over.

Maids of Jacksonville

2026, live

A local lead generation site for home cleaning. I started with the demand, not the build.

Found

An incomplete Google listing already bringing in 41 calls in six months with no website behind it, in a market where the biggest competitor is a national franchise with poor reviews.

Built

A page for every neighborhood and service in Jacksonville, built to show up on Google and in AI answers like ChatGPT, with every quote request sent straight to the cleaners.

Result

Cleaning companies have signed up to receive the leads, and residents are requesting quotes through the site.

Moving Cost Planner

2026, live

A moving budget calculator that is free to use, with a paid upgrade. It brings in leads and earns money at the same time.

Did

The whole build: the calculator, accounts, real card payments, downloadable plans, and checks that keep the cost figures accurate.

Then

Pages for every state, city and route so people planning a move find it on search, plus a quote request that turns visitors into leads.

Result

Live, showing up in search, with payments open.

Get Rejected

2026, on the App Store

An iPhone app for the 1000 Rejections challenge. Track every rejection, keep a streak, and see your progress.

Did

Built it and took it through App Store approval, with subscriptions and a free trial.

Result

Live on the App Store through several updates, and it has taken paid upgrades.

02 / Things that removed work

Manual work I replaced with software

I work at Breakthrough, a software company, where I build the tools their marketing team runs on. These are the clearest examples of what I do everywhere else: find work being done by hand, and replace it. Their results are theirs, not mine to publish.

A full ad campaign from one upload

In production

Every campaign used to mean designing ads one at a time, uploading each by hand, pasting copy into every field and naming everything manually. It took hours.

Built

A tool that writes the ad copy, makes the ad images, and hands back one file that loads the whole campaign into Facebook and Instagram ads.

Result

Campaigns launch from one upload, and some of the cheapest leads in a long stretch. Tired ads now get replaced right away instead of a week later.

The number that was quietly wrong

In production

Decisions follow the dashboard. If the dashboard is wrong, the decision is wrong too, quietly, every month nobody checks it. This is why I build checks into anything I make that reports a number.

Reported

The sales system credited a closed deal to the wrong ad campaign, which made that campaign look like it was bringing in revenue.

Found

A record by record review showed the customer actually came in through a webinar ad and bought there. They clicked the other ad separately, the same day. The last click got the credit.

Result

Credit moved to the right channel. The same review found booked demos from testimonial ads that reports had been missing entirely.

The marketing department, as software

Built over 2026

Instead of a folder of how-to documents, the whole operation is a set of tools anyone on the team can run.

Built

Tools for ads, ad design, landing pages, email follow-up, search and reporting, so the team runs the work instead of rebuilding it every time.

Includes

An ad design engine whose output passes an automatic quality check before anyone sees it. Complete webinar funnels, from sign up page to ads. One report that pulls every ad platform, the website and the sales system into a board ready review.

03 / Things I shipped

Other things I have built

Not all of them are businesses. They are here because they are the reason I can say yes when a project needs something built that does not exist yet.

Hands-off video system

Give it a topic and it returns a finished video: research, script, images, voiceover, editing, thumbnail and short cuts.

Runs on its own

Spill The Tiles

Makes a full crossword every day from that day's entertainment news, clues included, with nobody touching it.

A new puzzle every day

Black History Guides

Turns one set of research into finished, print ready educational guides, plus the store to sell them.

A full catalog from one source

Smart Kids Games

Learning games for ages two to ten. Free, no ads and no sign ups, which is most of why parents let it stay open.

04 / A client, in his own words

What it is like to work with me

Jason Yee, GrantMe
"We were an absolute mess before. Ever since, we've been able to use his structure to build out further email campaigns."

I rebuilt their webinar flow so more of the leads they were already paying for turned into customers.

Tell me what you are trying to build

You tell me what you are trying to fix or build, and I look at what you have now. You leave with the three things I would build for you, what each would cost, and which one to do first. Yours to keep either way.
