The problem

Your team keeps doing the same task, by hand, every week.

A sign up comes in. Someone copies it into a spreadsheet, emails a confirmation, chases the missing details, puts it on the calendar and sends the reminder. Then the next one comes in, and they do it all again.

You are paying good people to be the glue between your tools, and the work you hired them for waits.

How it works

You show me the task. I hand it to software.

You walk me through the work your team repeats. I map every step, build it, test it on real cases from your week, and hand it over with instructions your team can follow.

  1. 01You

    Show me the repeat work

On the call, we find the task that eats the most of your team's week.

  2. 02

    I map it

Every step, every tool it touches, and every place it can go wrong.

  3. 03

    I build it

Software takes over the steps your team does by hand.

  4. 04

I test it with real cases

Real examples from your week, including the messy ones.

  5. 05

    I hand it over

With simple instructions, so your team can run it without me.

  6. 06

    It runs

The task gets done, and your team gets back to the work you hired them for.

What changes for you

Your team stops doing the busywork. The work still gets done.

Time back for your team

The task that ate part of every week now happens on its own, so your people work on what you hired them for.

Nothing slips through

Every sign up, application or request goes through the same steps, every time, even in your busiest week.

People hear back without waiting

Confirmations and next steps go out on their own, instead of when someone gets to them.

Built around how you already work

I start from your team's real steps and the tools you already use, not a new system everyone has to learn.

AI that helps with the real work

AI tools built around what your team actually does each day, not a demo that looks good once and then sits there.

Your team runs it, not me

You get simple instructions written for the people who use it, so you are never stuck waiting on me.

Already running

At my day job

A full ad campaign from one upload

At the software company where I work, I built a tool that writes the ad copy, makes the ad images and hands back one file that loads the whole campaign into Facebook and Instagram ads. Campaigns now launch from one upload.

Around it, the marketing department as software: tools for ads, ad design, landing pages, email follow-up, search and reporting, so the team runs the work instead of rebuilding it every time.

Who it is for

Teams that do the same work every week

If someone on your team can explain the steps, there is a good chance software can do most of them.

Small teams and nonprofits

Doing the same admin every week, with no one to spare for it.

Intake and applications

Forms come in and someone has to sort, answer and file every one.

Hiring and onboarding

Interviews, paperwork and first-week steps that could schedule themselves.

AI for your real work

You want AI to help with the work your team actually does, not a demo.

Bring the task your team is tired of doing.

In 30 minutes we find the repeat work worth handing off first. You leave with a plan.

Questions

Before you book

What kind of work can be automated?

Work that follows the same steps each time. Sign ups and applications, intake forms, confirmations and reminders, scheduling interviews and onboarding steps, copying the same information from one place to another, and reports someone puts together by hand. On the call we pick the task that would free up the most time first.

Do we have to change the tools we use?

Usually not. I start from what your team already uses and build around it where I can. If a tool really is in the way, I tell you why and what your options are before anything changes.

What about AI and our data?

A fair question. Before anything is built, we go over what information the system will touch, where it is kept and who can see it. If something should not go into an AI tool, it stays out. I will tell you plainly what is possible and what is not.

Who runs it after you build it?

Your team. You get simple instructions written for the people who use it, so nobody needs me to keep it going.

What if something breaks?

Things change: a form gets a new question, or a tool you use updates. Before launch we agree on who keeps an eye on it and what happens if a step stops working. If you want me on hand after launch, we can set that up too.

What does it cost?

It depends on what we automate and how many steps it has. After the call you get a fixed price in writing, so there are no surprises.

What happens on the call?

Thirty minutes. You walk me through the work your team repeats every week. We find the task worth handing off first, and you leave with a plan, even if we don't end up working together.
